Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order, made-to-order product or subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been shipped out. If the order has been shipped out, then you can't cancel the order.

Made to order
When you purchase a made-to-order product, you are buying a product not yet in inventory. You can cancel a made-to-order product within 14 days after purchasing. If the purchase has occurred more than 14 days ago, you cannot cancel the order.
